Sweeping and Sanding System KES VARIOKON

Variable and convertible, it covers the entire process of sand filling the joints and cleaning pavers.

A consistent development of the established strategy to provide multifunctional modules instead of multiple individual devices.

The system can be expanded at any time to cover any necessary individual application, such as:

• Sweeping device for loaders, forklifts, and/or paver laying equipment MV, for sand filling the joints and cleaning pavers.
• Sanding device for pavements, designed to be operated by wheel loaders, forklifts, or paver laying equipment MV, with
• built-in water tank or direct connection to the water supply source.
• Rapid creation of joints for ecological pavers using wheel loaders, forklifts, or paver laying equipment.

Modules:

Sweeping Machine KM-uni:

• Hydraulically driven brush, built-in hydraulic motor, without protruding side components.
• Special spiral brush, with integrated height adjustment for adaptation to different working procedures, such as cleaning, sand filling of joints, or sanding.
• Large-volume trash container can be emptied hydraulically.
• Single hydraulic circuit for sweeping and for opening and closing the trash container.
• Built-in suspensions for forklift arms.
• Water spray pipe integrated into the trash collector to prevent dust scattering.
• Equipped with wide wheels to avoid getting stuck in large-sized ecological joints.
• For use on the paver laying machine VM, the following modules are required: AH-KM, GR.

Water Wash Accessory ESV

• Large water distribution pipe with spray holes, supplied from the tank or directly from the water supply through a 3/4″ connection.
• Simple and fast installation in place of the trash container through three lifts.

Container Accessory BP

• BP with a large water tank, 640 liters, replaceable, with the possibility of mounting directly on the paver laying machine VM or on the arms of the loader or forklift.

Automatic Water Element WAE

• For opening and closing water supply using the hydraulic circuit for rotation. Especially useful when using water supply from the tank.

Suspension AH-KM

• Suspension between the accessory and the paver laying machine MV for lifting the sweeping machine with or without the BP container.

Frame GR

• For adapting the KM-uni accessory to the paver laying machine VM, also suitable for attaching the EB 120/240 brush.
