General Description

The Kohler D830 generator set is a diesel-powered unit manufactured in France, with emergency power ratings of 825 kVA and continuous power ratings of 750 kVA, operating at a frequency of 50 Hz and a speed of 1500 rpm. The supplied voltage is 400/230V.

Powertrain

The generator is equipped with a DOOSAN engine with a displacement of 21.93 liters, providing a maximum power output of 723 kW:

Alternator

Constructive Elements

The generator is equipped with a 610-liter fuel tank, an electronic speed regulator, a preheating system for the coolant (facilitating easy starting in cold seasons), a 12V starting system, a rectifier for charging the battery when the generator is not in operation, an alternator for charging the battery during engine operation, and vibration dampers placed between the chassis and the engine-alternator assembly.

APM303 Digital Controller

The control panel is user-friendly, even for unskilled personnel, designed to provide extensive details about the generator set’s operation. The controller incorporates numerous measuring instruments for generator operation, signaling devices for faults and more, control keys, and indicators for various warning messages and correct operation of the entire assembly.

Soundproof Canopy

The soundproof canopy is constructed from durable elements, painted to the highest standards. It is equipped with doors that allow easy access to the generator set components for quick and easy interventions. The soundproofing capacity of the canopy is impressive, reducing the noise level to 86 dB at 1 meter and 76 dB at 7 meters.
