General Description

Kohler J130K Diesel Generator, manufactured in France, with capacities of 132 kVA in emergency mode and 120 kVA in continuous mode, at a frequency of 50 Hz and a speed of 1500 rpm. Supplied voltage: 400 / 230 V.

Engine

The generator is equipped with a 6.72 l JOHN DEERE engine, with a maximum power of 120 kW:

Alternator

The generator is equipped with a Kohler alternator with direct coupling, self-excited without brushes, insulation class H, protection degree IP 23, with 3 phases / 4 poles.

Constructive Elements

The generator is equipped with a 340-liter tank integrated under the chassis, electronic speed regulator, preheating system for the cooling liquid (for easy starting in cold seasons), 12V starting system, rectifier for battery charging when the generator is not operating, alternator for charging the battery during engine operation, and vibration dampers placed between the chassis and the engine-alternator assembly.

APM303 Digital Controller

The control panel is easy to use, even for unskilled personnel, designed to provide extensive details about the generator’s operation. The controller incorporates dozens of instruments to measure the generator’s operation, signaling devices for faults and more, control buttons, and indicators for various warning messages and proper operation of the entire assembly.

Soundproof Hood

The soundproof hood is built from resistant elements, painted to the highest standards. The hood is equipped with doors that allow easy access to the generator’s components for quick and easy interventions. The soundproofing capacity of the hood is impressive, reducing the noise level to 75 dB at 1 meter and 64 dB at 7 meters.
