General Description

Kohler J165K diesel generator, manufactured in France, with capacities of 165 kVA in emergency mode and 150 kVA in continuous mode, at a frequency of 50 Hz and a speed of 1500 rpm. Supplied voltage: 400 / 230 V.

Engine

The generator is equipped with a 6.72 l JOHN DEERE engine, with a maximum power of 153 kW:

• Consumption at 75% load: 25 l/h

Alternator

The generator is equipped with a Kohler alternator with direct coupling, self-excited without brushes, insulation class H, protection degree IP 23, with 3 phases / 4 poles.

Structural Elements

The generator is equipped with a 340-liter tank integrated under the chassis, electronic speed regulator, pre-heating system for the cooling liquid (for easy start in cold seasons), 12V starting system, rectifier for battery charging when the generator is not running, alternator for charging the battery during engine operation, and vibration dampers placed between the chassis and the engine-alternator assembly.

APM303 Digital Controller

The control panel is easy to use even for unskilled personnel, designed to provide extensive details about the generator’s operation. The controller incorporates dozens of measurement instruments for the generator’s operation, signaling devices for faults and more, command buttons, and indicators for various warning messages and correct operation of the entire assembly.

Soundproof Enclosure

The soundproof enclosure is built from sturdy elements, painted to the highest standards. The enclosure is equipped with doors that allow easy access to the generator’s components for quick and easy interventions. The soundproofing capacity of the enclosure is impressive, reducing the noise level to 75 dB at 1 meter and 64 dB at 7 meters.
