General Description

Kohler J200K Diesel Generator, manufactured in France, with emergency power of 200 kVA and continuous power of 182 kVA, at a frequency of 50 Hz and a speed of 1500 rpm. Supplied voltage: 400 / 230 V.

Engine

The generator is equipped with a 6.72-liter JOHN DEERE engine, with a maximum power of 183 kW:

• Fuel consumption at 75% load: 31.3 l/h

Alternator

The generator set is equipped with a Kohler alternator with direct coupling, self-excited without brushes, insulation class H, protection degree IP 23, with 3 phases / 4 poles.

Constructive Elements

The generator is equipped with a 340-liter tank integrated under the chassis, electronic speed regulator, preheating system for the cooling liquid (for easy starting in cold seasons), 12V starting system, rectifier for charging the battery when the generator is not running, alternator for charging the battery during engine operation, and vibration dampers placed between the chassis and the motor-alternator assembly.

APM303 Digital Controller

The control panel is user-friendly, even for unskilled personnel, designed to provide extensive details about the generator’s operation. The controller incorporates dozens of instruments to measure the generator’s operation, signaling devices for faults and more, control keys, and indicators for various warning messages and proper operation of the entire assembly.

Soundproof Canopy

The soundproof hood is built with resistant elements, painted to the highest standards. The hood is equipped with doors that allow easy access to the generator’s components for quick and easy interventions. The soundproof capacity of the hood is impressive, reducing the noise level to 76 dB at 1 meter and 65 dB at 7 meters.
