General Description

Kohler J66 Diesel Generator, manufactured in France, with capacities of 66 kVA in emergency mode and 60 kVA in continuous mode, at a frequency of 50 Hz and a speed of 1500 rpm. Supplied voltage: 400 / 230 V.

Engine

The generator is equipped with a 4.48 l JOHN DEERE engine, with a maximum power of 85 kW:

• Fuel consumption at 100% load: 20 l/h
• Fuel consumption at 75% load: 15.2 l/h

Alternator

The generator is equipped with a direct-coupling Kohler alternator, self-excited without brushes, insulation class H, protection degree IP 23, with 3 phases / 4 poles.

Constructive Elements

The generator is equipped with a 190-liter tank integrated under the chassis, electronic speed regulator, pre-heating system for the cooling liquid (for easy starting in the cold season), 12V starting system, rectifier for charging the battery when the generator is not running, alternator for charging the accumulator during the engine operation, and vibration dampers placed between the chassis and the motor-alternator assembly.

APM303 Digital Controller

The control panel is easy to use, even for unqualified personnel, designed to provide extensive details about the operation of the generator. The controller incorporates dozens of measuring instruments for generator operation, signaling devices for faults and more, command keys, and indicators for various warning messages and correct operation of the entire assembly.

Soundproof Hood

The soundproof hood is built from resistant elements, painted to the highest standards. The hood is equipped with doors that allow easy access to the generator components for quick and easy interventions. The soundproofing capacity of the hood is impressive, reducing the noise level to 78 dB at 1 meter and 66 dB at 7 meters.
