General Description

The Kohler K12 generator set, diesel, manufactured in France, produces 12 kVA in emergency mode and 10.9 kVA in continuous mode, at a frequency of 50 Hz and a speed of 1500 rpm. Supplied voltage: 400 / 230 V.

Power Unit

The generator is equipped with a KOHLER KDI engine with a displacement of 1.03 liters, with a maximum power of 8.5 kW:

Alternator

The generator set is equipped with a Kohler alternator with direct coupling, self-excited without brushes, insulation class H, protection degree IP 23, with 3 phases and 4 poles.

Constructive Elements

The generator is equipped with a 50-liter tank integrated under the chassis, electronic speed regulator, pre-heating system for the cooling liquid (for easy starting in cold seasons), 12V starting system, rectifier for charging the battery when the generator is not operating, alternator for charging the battery during engine operation, and vibration dampers placed between the chassis and the motor-alternator assembly.

APM303 Digital Controller

The control panel is easy to use even for unqualified personnel, designed to provide extensive details about the generator’s operation. The controller incorporates dozens of measuring instruments for generator operation, signaling devices for faults and more, control keys, and indicators for various warning messages and proper operation of the entire assembly.

Soundproof Hood

The soundproof hood is built from sturdy elements, painted to the highest standards. The hood is equipped with doors that allow easy access to the generator’s components for quick and easy interventions. The soundproofing capacity of the hood is impressive, reducing the noise level to 67 dB at 1 meter and 54 dB at 7 meters.
