General Description

The Kohler R50C5 generator set, diesel, manufactured in France, has a power output of 50 kVA in emergency mode and 45 kVA in continuous mode, with a frequency of 50 Hz and a speed of 1500 rpm. Supplied voltage: 400 / 230V.

Engine

The generator is equipped with a KOHLER KDI engine with a displacement of 2.48 liters and a maximum power of 47.10 kW:

Alternator

The generator set is equipped with a Kohler alternator with direct coupling, self-excited without brushes, insulation class H, protection degree IP 23, with 3 phases / 4 poles.

Constructive Elements

The generator is equipped with a 390-liter fuel tank, an electronic speed regulator, a preheating system for the cooling liquid (for easy starting in cold seasons), a 12V starting system, a rectifier for charging the battery when the generator is not in operation, an alternator for charging the battery during engine operation, and vibration dampers located between the chassis and the engine-alternator assembly.

APM403 Digital Controller

The control panel is easy to use even for unqualified personnel, designed to provide extensive details about the generator’s operation. The controller incorporates dozens of measurement instruments for monitoring the generator’s operation, signaling devices for faults and more, command keys, and indicators for various warning messages and proper functioning of the entire assembly.

Soundproof Enclosure

The soundproof enclosure is built with sturdy elements, painted to the highest standards. It is equipped with doors that allow easy access to the generator components for quick and easy interventions. The soundproofing capacity of the enclosure is impressive, reducing the noise level to 77 dB at 1 meter and 67 dB at 7 meters.
