Designed for use in shipyards, by manufacturers of large and small containers, in wagon or vehicle construction, especially for aluminum welding using thin wires and at long distances.

Constant and trouble-free wire feeding, thanks to the additional drive motor. High level of reliability. Optimal gun cooling for increased durability.
Robust construction
Together with the S74 MPa Plus wire feeder, it creates an optimized Pulsed MIG welding system with adjustable Synergic Pulsed programs directly from the wire feeder. Pulsing parameters can also be adjusted. Pre-installed software includes welding programs for all types of materials. Special programs can be added based on specific applications. For increased productivity in aluminum welding, a push-pull gun using Miller’s patented Alumination technology can be used. The integrated software includes Miller Profile Pulse technology, creating a weld appearance similar to TIG welding. For continuous use at high current, the machine comes equipped with a liquid cooling group, Hydracool 2 – 8 liters of liquid, and over 6000 BTU/hour cooling capacity. Dual display with a screen allows very easy adjustment of welding parameters.
