Forklift Attachment STAZ

• Specially designed for heavy-duty operations with the forklift. Lightweight yet high transport capacity
• due to the use of high-strength steel in the load-bearing parts.
• Fully hydraulically adjustable parallel opening.
• Sliding guides, made of steel and polyamide resin, requiring minimal maintenance.

Standard specifications:

• Manually adjustable pressure relief valve.
• Oil pressure gauge.
• Suitable for all common packages of construction materials, thanks to the wide opening and the grippers
• of different shapes and lengths, which can be changed.
• Polyamide resin sliding guides are guaranteed for 5 years.

All forklift gripping devices can be used for stacking on automated stacking devices for concrete blocks and pavers.
In addition to hydraulic gripping devices, fully electrically operated gripping devices can also be provided upon request.

Applications

STAZ-S series: Normally used for gripping stacks consisting of large-sized elements or
packages of stones, such as pavers, vertically tied with metal straps.

STAZ-SS series: For gripping heavier loads or packages produced by machines that produce multi-layer packages.
It is used especially with steel grippers. It can also be used for gripping packages of pavers
that are not vertically tied with metal straps.

STAZ-SSS series: For challenging operations, mainly used together with automated stacking stations, as well as in
working multiple shifts. Available upon request.

STAZ-Super S series: The heaviest version, similar to the STAZ-SSS series, used when
additional height is needed indoors. Available upon request.
