• Installing curbstones becomes as simple as possible. Granite or concrete curbstones, weighing up to 250 kg, are suctioned and lifted using a suction plate (connected to a vacuum lifting device).
• The high-precision bearing of the double-jointed arm minimizes the workload.
• Electronic sensors constantly monitor the position of the mast. If it deviates even by a fraction of a degree from the vertical, it is brought back to the perfect vertical position within seconds by two hydraulic cylinders. Advantage: The operator practically does not have to exert any force for the correct positioning of the curbstones.
• Very safe operation guarantees a fast and problem-free workflow. The back, knees, fingers, and hands of the operator are protected.
• To prevent both joints of the mast from locking during loader movement, as it would be time-consuming, both joints of the mast can be locked in any position with the push of a button. This significantly contributes to increased safety, as the arm cannot move uncontrollably.
• The equipment is very compact, making it suitable for use in small spaces. Unipose 1204 can switch from loader arm operation to the bucket.
• The standard Unipose 1204 version is equipped with pallet lifting arms, a vacuum lifting system (with a capacity of up to 300 kg), and a suction plate.
